By using the OpenHouse platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Eligibility
To use OpenHouse, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Services Provided
OpenHouse provides tools to assist in managing rental properties, including tracking lease information, managing tenant requests, assigning housekeepers, and overseeing financial reports. However, OpenHouse is not a real estate broker, insurer, or property manager, and we do not provide legal or property management advice.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Subscription Plans: OpenHouse offers different subscription plans, including Starter, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Each plan includes different features and usage limits, as outlined on our Pricing page.
Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Permitted Use
Authorized Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the OpenHouse platform for managing rental properties you own or manage.

You agree not to reproduce,distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission from OpenHouse.
Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Termination by Us: OpenHouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any activity that may harm the platform or other users.
Limitation of Liability
OpenHouse provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressor implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free.
